Below is the fee structure for registration, amendment and search of financing statement, which involve the three core services of the Collateral Registry. Except for Search which will be charged a flat fee of L$500.00 and the registration and amendment for any currency apart from USD and LD which will be charged a flat rate of L$1,500.00 and L$750.00, respectively, the rest of the fees will be charged based on the established threshold of the loan amount indicated below for which a movable and immovable collateral has been pledged and a security interest registered or amended. All fees will be charged per transaction. There is no fee for a non-certified search report generated from the Collateral Registry records.
